David Bishop

David holds both the Institute of Financial Planning Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and The Chartered Insurance Institute Financial Planning Certificate.

David’s experience in the Mortgage markets started in 1986 as a Senior Broker Consultant for Royal Life. He has since worked for Scottish Amicable and Commercial Union where he met his current business partner, John King.

David set up his own brokerage, Homeloan Solutions, before entering into partnership with John King in 1999.

David advises on all aspects of Mortgage planning, including Residential, Buy to Let, Bridging and Commercial Mortgages.

David is a fully Qualified Airline Transport Pilot and is well known as a Mortgage Specialist with the aviation industry where he has advised many clients.

John King

John qualified with the Institute of Financial Services and holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.

John’s experience in the mortgage market started in 1987, when he worked for Commercial Union for five years.

Since then he has held a Senior Management position within an Independent Financial Advisory Practice, before joining up with his business partner David Bishop in 1999.

John advises on all aspects of Mortgage planning including Residential, Buy to Let, Bridging and Commercial Mortgages. He also arranges development finance for property professionals.
