Residential Mortgage Services

We are happy to work on a fee only basis, commission only basis, or a combination of the two. Our typical fee for our Residential Mortgage Services is a fee of £395 is payable on legal completion. If we receive a commission payment from the lender the amount received will be repaid to us up to a maximum of £395.

Buy to Let Mortgage Services

We are happy to work on a fee only basis, commission only basis, or a combination of the two. Our typical fee for our Buy to Let Mortgage Services is that a fee of £395 per property is payable on legal completion. If we receive a commission payment from the lender the amount received will be repaid to us up to a maximum of £395 per property.

Commerical Mortgage Services

We are happy to work on a fee only basis, commission only basis, or a combination of the two. Our typical fee for our Commercial Mortgage and Bridging Services is 1% of the loan amount payable on legal completion. If we receive a commission payment from the lender the amount received will be repaid to us up to a maximum of 1%.
