In addition, the facility has no redemption penalties at all, thus allowing maximum flexibility when disposing of a property.
The contract also enjoys full flexibility and offsetting features, so that surplus rents can be used to reduce their mortgage term and balances, thus saving the interest they would normally have to pay.
